Our Team:

  • Kenneth D. Prokop - President - Community Association Manager and Real Estate Agent
    Ken founded Prokop, P.A., in January, 2005, and has been a licensed Community Association Manager since November, 2004. He also has experience as a mortgage broker. Ken is a classically trained chef and has worked as a personal chef to the wealthy, on cruise ships and in restaurants.
  • John Dailey - Community Association Manager
    John joined Prokop, P.A., and has been a licensed Community Association Manager since 2006. His professional background includes 15 years as a real estate agent and property manager in the Midwest. He has also been the owner of a restaurant and catering business. He currently is an on-site manager at one of our largest properties.
  • Andrew Elkinton - Community Association Manager
    Andrew joined the Prokop, P.A. team in May 2019, he moved to Sarasota in 1973 from Chicago, he received his Bachelor degree in management from the University of Florida and has thirty years experience in facility management within the Hotel/Restaurant industry.
  • Jessica Marek - Office/Accounting Manager
    Jessica joined Prokop, P.A. in June, 2016 as the accounting manager. Jessica is a graduate of the University of South Florida where she earned degrees in psychology and art education. She brings her experience as a teller supervisor and assistant director for a non-profit organization to the team.
