We provide total association management services including complete financial services management and reporting, Board of Directors consultation, home owner customer service, vendor/contractor/employee management and property maintenance.

A partial list of services:
  • Revenue stream management including collection of maintenance or assessment fees, deposit services and delinquent account management.
  • Vendor management including prompt payment of invoices, obtaining bids as may be required, coordination of maintenance and repair issues, and commercial insurance renewal.
  • Budgeting and expense management including monthly expenditures, special assessments and preparation of recommended annual budgets and reserves.
  • Complete monthly financial packages to the Board of Directors including balance sheets income/expense summaries and reserves analysis.
  • Preparation and distribution of fiscal year-end financial statements including balance sheets and income/expense summaries.
  • Arrangement and review of CPA prepared federal income tax returns.
  • Board of Directors Meeting representation including typing and distribution of agendas and minutes, as well as proper posting of notices.
  • Representation at and planning of Annual Meetings including management of election processes.
  • Enforcement of Association documents as directed by the Board and within the scope of the authority allowed by the documents and Florida statutes.
  • Available by phone 24 hours a day by office or cell phone (weekend coverage provided)
