What Role Does Your Management company play in our Association?

As the intermediary between an HOA’s Board of Directors and external service providers, our property management company oversees the maintenance of shared community spaces, manages finances on the Association’s behalf, responds to maintenance and service requests from residents, and works to promote the well-being of the community as a whole.

What management services do you offer?

We provide total Association management services including complete financial services management and reporting, Board of Directors consultation, homeowner customer service, vendor/contractor/employee management and property maintenance. Revenue stream management including collection of maintenance or assessment fees, deposit services and delinquent account management. Vendor management including prompt payment of invoices, obtaining bids as may be required, coordination of maintenance and repair issues, and commercial insurance renewal. Board of Directors Meeting representation including typing and distribution of agendas and minutes, as well as proper posting of notices.
